The group drew attention a few weeks ago when they were added to this year’s artist lineup for the Donington festival, despite having no music or information available about the band members.

A mysterious teaser was posted in February, featuring a brief video on the group’s Instagram, showing an individual standing alone in a church while somber music played in the background. The text overlay read: “We-all-select-select-to-hand-to-house,” concluding with “In the name of the father.”
Recently, the group returned to provide hints for festival attendees, sharing another update on social media.
The latest video reveals a few details about the band, with an unsettling figure in a mask and suit appearing in a dimly lit corridor. As the camera zooms in, flashing lights are seen while the ticking of clocks plays in the background. The date May 16 appears on the screen at the end.
It remains uncertain what will be unveiled on May 16, but fans hope it will help clarify the identity of the mysterious president. Check out the latest update below.
Speculation regarding the group arose shortly after organizers released a lineup for the performers, confirming acts like Vengaboys, Justin Hawkins, and Funeral for a Friend in the X district. They also hinted at the presence of “many secret sets” this year.
Secret sets have become a tradition at Download, with surprise performances from bands like Enter Shikari, Black Stone Cherry, Bullet for My Valentine, and even Metallica in past years.
The 2025 edition will take place at Donington Park in Leicestershire from June 13 to 15, featuring headliners Green Day, Sleep Token, and Korn, along with other confirmed acts such as Weezer, Sex Pistols (featuring Frank Carter), Jimmy Eat World, Poppy, Hate, Jerry Cantrell, Machine Gun Kelly, and more.
A new wave of artists, including names like Rise Against, Hatebreed, Kids in Glass Houses, Opeth, Myles Kennedy, Shinedown, Awolnation, Power Trip, Palaye Royale, Municipal Waste, Crossfaith, and many others, was confirmed earlier this year.

By the end of 2024, organizer Andy Copping spoke with NME about the importance of creating a platform for new talents included in 2025, stating, “For us, it’s about providing groups with the opportunity to grow. We have a platform, and we want to send a message to these guys: ‘Come and play. We believe in you, and you have a huge opportunity here.’ Fortunately, most of these groups rise to the occasion and deliver.”
