Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles, is set to launch her new memoir during a tour this spring—find more details below.

Back in October, the mother of the pop icons announced her latest book titled Matriarch: Memoir With. The synopsis describes it as the exploration of “the multiplicity of family saga that carries the history of America—and the wisdom that women pass on to each other, from mothers to daughters, across generations.”
At that time, Beyoncé expressed her pride in a post on Instagram, saying she “could not be contained” and playfully urged Knowles not “to spill too much motherly tea.”
Matriarch: Memoir is scheduled for release on April 22, 2025, and is available for pre-order here.
Spring Tour Details
As of today (March 19), Knowles announced that she will embark on a book tour titled “Legends, Icons, and Friends,” which includes nine shows across various locations including Los Angeles, Houston, New Orleans, Toronto, Chicago, Brooklyn, and London.
Although some moderators for specific dates are yet to be announced, Knowles will kick off the tour with a Q&A session alongside former First Lady Michelle Obama in Washington, D.C., on April 30.
Tickets for U.S. dates will go on sale this Friday (March 21) at 10 a.m. local time here. The tickets for the London date will also be available on the same day at 2 p.m., and you can find them here.

“This journey is about the power of motherhood, family pride, and identity, and I hope these conversations will empower others to embrace their own stories and celebrate the power of knowledge that we all possess.”

Meanwhile, Beyoncé is preparing for her own tour, scheduled at the AT&T Stadium in April. The pop star announced the initial launch of massive concerts in support of her Grammy-winning album last month and confirmed additional shows in the U.S., the U.K., and France.
Earlier this week, it was confirmed that Beyoncé would close a record-setting 31-day tour with a performance at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, on July 25.
This highly-anticipated performance is a response to “overwhelming demand” for tickets, according to a press release. Previously, she had included Las Vegas in the lineup for the Carter World Tour.
