“Call Me When You Know Better” is described by Hood as a love letter in the form of an apology. “Maybe it’s not the best lover or friend for the people who mean the most to me. Thoughts contradict each other, communicating about one another and distorting reality. This is a reflection on past mistakes, lingering regret, and self-awareness.”
Discussing the album, Hood adds: “There are aspects of my life I could never share in the group – my upbringing, my family, and the journey my life has taken. This album is about sorting through these experiences to find peace and allowing the audience to connect in their own way.”
